What we collect

• When you request a report: your email address, the role you choose, whether you asked for updates, the supplier or search you checked, the page you came from, and the time.
• Visit counts from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify you.

We do not store your IP address with a report request.

Why

• To show you your report and keep it at its link.
• To understand who uses SupplierTrail and what they check, so we can decide what to build.
• If you ticked the box: to email you when supplier monitoring is available. Nothing else is sent unless you ask.

Sharing

We don’t sell or rent your information. It is stored with our hosting providers (Cloudflare and Neon) only to run the service.

How long, and your choices

We keep report requests for up to 24 months. To see or delete what we hold about you, email hello@suppliertrail.com from the same address and we will act within 30 days.
