Corrections

SupplierTrail restates public FDA records. If a page or report links a record to the wrong firm, or shows something FDA has changed or removed, email corrections@suppliertrail.com with the page link and what is wrong.

1. We reply within 48 hours.
2. A disputed link between a firm and an import alert is hidden while we check it.
3. We check against FDA’s own pages and correct or remove the link.

We cannot change FDA’s records themselves. To dispute a record with FDA, contact FDA; for import alerts, each alert page explains how a firm can ask to be removed.
